Build Your Personal Brand Doc
> Answer real questions. Run one prompt. Own your brand.

> Generative AI Essentials | Micro Session
Welcome in. This is a 30-minute session and we're going to move fast. By the end of this, you will have a brand exploration document - your purpose, your values, your tone, your differentiators - all generated from your own words. Not a template. Not a guessed version of you. Yours. The process has three steps and we're going to run all three together. Let's go.

Your Brand Already Exists
The question is not whether you have a brand.
The question is whether you control it.
Here's the thing about personal brand. Whether you've defined it or not, people already have an impression of you. How you communicate in meetings. How you show up on LinkedIn. What you're known for on your team. That impression exists whether you shaped it or not. Most people leave this entirely to chance. An AI Officer doesn't leave their influence to chance. And the good news is that with AI, you can now get clarity on your brand in about 20 minutes. My friend David paid a branding agency $20,000 for this exact output. You're doing it today for free.

Brand = Data + Prompt
AI is 99% accurate if you give it the right data.
Most people skip the data step.
Here's why most personal brand exercises fail. People ask AI to write their bio and it sounds like everyone else's bio. Generic. Flat. That's not an AI problem - that's a data problem. The AI had nothing real to work with. What makes this process different is that you collect the right data first. You answer a specific set of questions - honest, specific answers - and that becomes the dataset. Then the prompt has something real to synthesize. The output sounds like you because it actually came from you.

Step 1 - Customize Your Interview Questions
Start with questions designed for you.
Not generic. Not borrowed. Yours.
Prompt to try right now:**
```
Here is my LinkedIn profile: [paste your profile text].
Based on my background, customize these 5 brand interview questions to make them specific to my work and experience:
1. What are you most passionate about in your field?
2. What do your best clients or colleagues rely on you for?
3. What problem do you solve that others don't?
4. What values guide how you work?
5. What do you want to be known for in 5 years?
```
Open ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini right now. Paste your LinkedIn profile or a quick summary of your background. Run this prompt. It will customize those five questions to your actual experience. This matters because a generic question like "what are you passionate about" is hard to answer well. A question like "what do your clients in the legal space rely on you for that they can't get from other consultants" - that's easy to answer. You know the answer immediately. So take two minutes now. Get your customized questions. Then we'll answer them.

Step 2 - Answer the Questions
Everyone does this now. Two minutes. Write fast. Don't edit.
This is the live part of the session. Take your customized questions and answer them right here, right now, in a document or directly in the chat window. Don't overthink it. Don't polish. Just write the first true thing that comes to mind for each question. The answers don't need to be beautiful. They need to be honest. Here's the thing that surprises most people when they do this - the AI is only as real as your answers. If you write vague answers, you get a vague brand. If you write something real, the output will be something you actually want to share. Give it two minutes. Pair up if you're in the room and read your answers to each other - that helps you hear what's actually good.

Step 3 - Run the Brand Exploration Prompt
Input: your questions and answers.
Output: your brand exploration document.
What comes out:**
Your purpose
Your mission
Core values
Tone of voice
Unique differentiators
Brand voice guidelines
Now take your questions and answers and paste them into the brand exploration prompt from the prompt library. The prompt will organize your answers, identify patterns, and generate each element of your brand. Purpose - the reason you do what you do. Mission - what you're building or working toward. Values - the principles that guide how you work. Tone - how you naturally communicate. Differentiators - what makes you specifically different. And finally, brand voice guidelines - a short guide you can store in your AI tool so future outputs sound more like you. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds to generate. Then you edit it. We find people spend about 2 to 3 hours editing before they're happy to share it with anyone - but where it used to take weeks, now it takes a weekend.

What a Finished Brand Doc Looks Like
Before: scattered impressions.
After: a clear, consistent story.
Let me show you what the output looks like when this process works. The brand exploration document has a section for each element. It's not a word cloud or a mood board. It's a working document - clear language that describes who you are and how to talk about it. From this document, you can write your LinkedIn summary, your bio for a conference, your introduction for a speaking engagement, the homepage of your website. Everything comes from the same source of truth. And if you want to build a full brand book with visual elements, this document is the input. You hand it to a designer or you use it to brief an image generation tool like Flow. But that's the next step. Today you're getting the words right.

Your Challenge
Complete your brand exploration doc.
Submit it to your AI Buddy.
Steps:**
1. Customize the 5 questions
2. Answer them honestly
3. Run the brand exploration prompt
4. Review and lightly edit
5. Submit
Timer: 10 minutes**
Here is your challenge. If you're still in the session, start now. If you're watching the recording, do this before the end of the week. Run the full three-step process: customize the questions, answer them, run the brand exploration prompt. You'll get a full draft of your brand document. Lightly edit it - don't rewrite it, just refine what's already there. Then submit it to your AI Buddy in AIO Labs. Your AI Buddy will grade it against a clear rubric: does it have all six elements, is it specific to you, does it sound like a real person instead of a template. This counts toward your Generative AI Essentials certification.

Key Takeaway + Try This Week
The data you collect about yourself
is the most valuable input you own.
Try this week:**
Use your brand voice guidelines as a custom instruction in ChatGPT or Claude. Every output starts sounding more like you.
Here's the thing that makes this session different from a typical branding exercise. The document you just created is not just for your LinkedIn. It's a dataset. You can store the brand voice guidelines section in your AI tool as a custom instruction - and now every time you write with AI, the output sounds more like you instead of like everyone else. That is how you start to build an AI that represents you well. That is what it looks like to lead your own narrative in the 50/50 era. Thanks for being here. Complete the challenge and I'll see you in the next one.
