In this session, we explored HeyGen - an AI video tool that creates a digital twin of you. Your avatar looks like you, sounds like you, and can deliver your message in any language while you are doing something else. The three biggest use cases right now are multilanguage communication, training video production, and customer support at scale.
We walked through the four steps to build your first avatar: record a clean 2-minute base video, create your HeyGen account, upload and verify your identity, and start producing scripts. The quality of the base video determines the quality of the avatar - clear lighting, neutral background, minimal gestures, and clean pronunciation of every word.
The most important skill is writing the script. Short sentences. One idea per beat. Use [PAUSE] markers where you breathe. And use your AI Buddy to draft it first - give it examples of how you talk and let it write the first version. Your job is to clean it up, not write from scratch.
The leadership point: your digital twin is not a personal productivity hack. It is a communication system. One person, every language, every time zone, every shift. That is what scale looks like for an AI Officer.

Record your 2-minute base video. Do not overthink it. Find a window, face the light, keep your hands in your lap, and talk naturally for two minutes about something you know well. That is all you need to get started.
