Generative AI Essentials | Micro Session
From One Post To Every Platform**
Your idea. Every channel. One system.
Welcome. Today is a practical one. You are going to leave with a system - not just a concept. We are talking about content marketing everywhere. Not because you need to be a content creator, but because visibility is how AI Officers get recognized, trusted, and promoted. If nobody sees your thinking, it doesn't matter how good it is. The problem is that creating content for every platform used to take hours. Today we are going to shrink that down to 15 minutes. And the key insight is that the problem was never the writing - it was always the idea. Let's go.
Slide 2 3 minutes
Search Has Changed Forever
Google = 18% of discovery.
The rest: TikTok. Instagram. Amazon. AI answers. LinkedIn. Niche platforms.
This one stopped me when I first saw it. For 20 years, "being findable" meant ranking on Google. That era is over. Discovery is now scattered across social feeds, AI answers, vertical search, and community platforms. If your content only lives in one place, most of your audience never sees it. This is not just a marketing problem - it is a visibility problem for your career. If you are trying to get recognized as someone who leads AI, people need to be able to find you across the platforms where they actually spend time. The question is: how do you get everywhere without spending all day writing?
Slide 3 3 minutes
The Answer Is Not More Writing
Without your idea: generic.
With your idea: everywhere.
AI is the amplifier. You are the signal.
Here is what most people get wrong. They try to use AI to replace their thinking. They put in one line and expect something great. What they get back is the average of everything on the internet - which means it sounds like everyone else. The magic is not in the tool. The magic is in what you bring to the tool. Your unique angle, your experience, your data point, your client story. When you give AI a real idea, it can turn that idea into a blog, a LinkedIn post, a TikTok script, an email, and a FAQ snippet - in minutes. When you give it nothing, it gives you nothing worth sharing.

Everyone Try This Now
Open ChatGPT or Claude. Create a new conversation.
Type: "I have an idea. Ask me questions to make it sharper."
Then tell it one thing you actually believe about your work.
Stop. Everyone do this right now. Do not overthink the idea. It can be simple - something you noticed this week, something your team keeps getting wrong, something you explained to a colleague that they found useful. Just say it out loud to the AI and let it ask you questions. This is the key move. Most people try to write a finished thought. Instead, start with a rough thought and let AI help you develop it. Watch what happens when it starts asking you things like "what data supports that?" or "what is the angle for a 25-year-old in your industry?" Give it two minutes. We will talk about what you found.

The Idea Project
Build a permanent home for your ideas.
Project instructions: your voice, your audience, your data sources, your core tensions.
One conversation. Endless content.
Here is the move that changes everything. Instead of starting from scratch every time, build a Project inside ChatGPT or Claude. In the instructions, describe who you are, who you are talking to, what topics you care about, and what data sources you trust. Now every time you have a rough idea, you drop it into that project and your AI knows how to develop it your way. I showed mine in today's session - it has my target audience, my voice, my frameworks, even specific people whose data I trust. That project is how I go from a vague thought to a platform-ready idea in about 10 minutes. Build it once. Use it forever.

From Idea to Every Channel
One idea. One click.
Blog. LinkedIn. Instagram carousel. TikTok script. Email. FAQ snippet. Vietnamese version.
Once your idea is clear and well-developed, the multi-platform generation is almost instant. Tools like Thoughtflow take your refined idea and produce the full content pack - blog for business, blog for personal, LinkedIn thread, Instagram carousel, TikTok script, Facebook post, Twitter, FAQ snippets for AI search. Each one is formatted and voiced for that platform. What used to be a 3-hour task becomes 15 minutes. But I want to be clear - the 15 minutes only works because you did the 10 minutes of idea development first. The idea is the investment. The distribution is almost free once you have it.
Slide 7 3 minutes
Projects vs. Apps
Use a Project when: you are developing, revising, thinking.
Use an app when: you are distributing, scaling, handing to a team.
Quick decision guide. If you are still figuring out the idea - use a Project inside your LLM. Faster, more flexible, easier to revise. If you have a good idea and you need it on every channel, consistently, week after week - use a purpose-built app. The app adds the team workflow, the analytics, the ambassador sharing layer, the consistent output format. You cannot automate a Project. You can automate an app. Think of it this way: Projects are your idea lab. Apps are your distribution engine. You need both.

Your Challenge
1. Build an Idea Project in ChatGPT or Claude
2. Develop one real idea using it
3. Generate content for at least 3 platforms
4. Submit your idea brief and one output to your AI Buddy
Here is your challenge for this week. First, set up an Idea Project with your voice, your audience, and your angle. Instructions do not need to be perfect - just enough to get started. Second, run a real idea through it. Something from your work, your expertise, or something you believe that most people in your industry get wrong. Third, generate content for at least three platforms. You can use ChatGPT canvas, Claude, or a tool like Thoughtflow. Finally, submit your idea brief and one piece of output to your AI Buddy. The brief is just: here is my idea, here is my angle, here is who I am talking to. Your AI Buddy will grade it on the strength of the idea and the quality of the output.

What You Can Lead From Here
Today: build a content system for yourself.
Next: hand it to your team.
After that: you are the person who made the team visible.
Here is the leadership lens. When you build this system for yourself, you start showing up in places where decision-makers find you. But the real move is when you take that system and hand it to your team. You show them how to develop their ideas. You give them the prompts. You set up the project. Now the whole team is producing consistent, visible content - and you built the system that makes it happen. That is not just using AI. That is leading it. See you next week.

Hey! 👋 I've reviewed this session and I'm ready to go deeper with you. Here's what we're covering:
AI Buddy
♻️ One idea, every format: Write one strong LinkedIn post, then use AI to adapt it for Twitter/X, Instagram, email newsletter, blog post, and short-form video script — without starting from scratch each time.
AI Buddy
🎯 Platform-first thinking: Each platform has different format, tone, and audience expectations. The skill is building a prompt that adapts the core message — not just resizes it.
