Session Objective
The bottleneck in most teams is not capability - it is capacity. There is only one of you. You can work faster, or you can work smarter. But there is a third option: build a team that works while you do the part only you can do.
Your Challenge

Install Paperclip
Install Paperclip by running the following in your terminal:

Choose a real goal
Pick a goal from your actual work - something you need to move forward in the next two weeks. It should be a goal that requires more than one type of task. The best goals have at least three distinct types of work:β¦
STEP 3
Build your three-agent team
Inside Paperclip, create three agents. Give each one: - A clear role (what kind of work they do) - A specific task that connects to your goal - A budget (start small - $5 per agent is enough to test)
STEP 4
Run your team and collect an output
Set your top-level goal in Paperclip. Let your agents run. Review the first output you receive from any agent. It does not need to be perfect - the first version is always a draft. If you need to adjust the brief andβ¦

Real goal
Is the goal something the student is actually working toward? A strong goal is specific, time-bound, and requires multiple types of work. A weak goal is generic or hypothetical.
Team design
Are the three agents well-designed for the goal? A strong team map shows clear role differentiation - each agent does something the others do not. Look for research, creation, and analysis as three distinct functions. A weak team has three
