The problem

A feeling is not a system.

Every build starts with a sense that something is broken, slow or missing. Build straight from that and you get a prototype that mostly works, until it does not, followed by weeks of debugging something a ninety-minute design session would have caught. The Build Track teaches you to name the system before you write it.

Every system is made of the same four things: actors, flows, boundaries and seams.

    You ship: a dev harness that runs, tests and ships AI code

    You ship: the data and API layer, tested

Weekly small-group coaching with a certified AI Officer

A human reviews your final portfolio before you are certified

Everything runs online. Your AI coach works beside you every day and grades each submission against a rubric with specific feedback, so you can revise until you pass. A certified AI Officer coaches your small group weekly, and a human reviews your final portfolio before you are certified. Then you earn a certificate anyone can verify from a public link.
